We love being outdoors and getting to play in the wild. There’s something about fresh air, sunshine, the sound of a river, calm of a lake, the dirt under your feet and the open sky above. Like any good adventure there are things that just can’t be predicted, unexpected weather, detours, last minute changes, injuries and let’s be honest, occasionally, plan old spontaneity and lack-of-preparing. If there’s one thing we’ve learned, it’s the outdoors is the perfect place to practice mindset strategies for life. Adventures get you out of your routines and habits, and mindset coaching gives you the tools to navigate alternative paths.
Ryan has worked in corporate retail for over 23 years. He’s an avid lover of the outdoors, Registered Maine Guide and Wilderness First Responder and MASAR certified. Tawny holds a degree in exercise physiology. She started her career in the medical field, transitioned to health and fitness, holds several certifications in health and fitness, and is also a Wilderness First Responder and MASAR certified.
Together we use our skills and strengths to coach and create adventures that are fun, challenging, and illustrate the practical strategies for translating mindset from outdoor survival & adventure to health and living life with an adventure mindset every day!
